I would definitely not recommend going here for anything. Forthree yearsnow, everytime Icall tomake anappointment they put meon hold for over anhour and noone picksup. Iwaited over three hours onthe phone, while Iworked onother things and noone answered, sothey donot staff their phone. Whenever Iattempt toschedule anappointment over their mypenn medicine website, Ido not hear anything back from them, either tomy appointment requestor myfollow upmessages weeks after regarding myappointment request. When Igo into their office inorder toschedule appointments, they tell methey can not scheduleappointments inside the office and that Imust call oruse their website tomake anappointment. They make itentirely impossible toschedulean appointment with them! Definitely avoid! They should not provide aphone number ifthey donot intend tostaffit, they should not instruct patients touse awebsite they donot plan onresponding tothem onand they should not beadamant patients call ormessage them ontheir website when they refuse touse them. Itmakes nosense! Don't waste your time. They don't care about their patients atall.– show

We have had great care here atthis physicians office and the staff has always been very helpful. Ialways make myappointments online atthe mypenn website orwhen weleave anappointment. DRHuang ismy special needs sons pcp and hehas been sogreat with myson. And recently mydaughter changed tothis doctor aswell because ofthe great care her brother has received. DrJ. Huang isvery knowledgeable, kind, always follows upvia patient portal atmy penn soI always know what isneeded for myson. Weare happy and pleased with this Physician office ofPenn medicine. One other thing, when myson was sick with anear infection, staff was quick toget usin onthe same day and withDr. Patel who was great aswell with him and was spot onwith her Diagnosis, ordered the right medication and infection healed and wehave nocomplaints sofar from this group ofDoctors. Keep upthe great care!– show

Why are the doctors leaving the practice? I've been apatient there for about 30years, but inthe past 3months atleast 3doctors left. Over the past couple ofyears, many others left. Now Ican't even get anappointment with Mrnew doc for atleast 3months? This isnot good care.

No idea why people have left such harsh reviews. Ican get appointments easily, wait times are reasonable, and I've been able toget labs drawn *literally* inside the exam room soI don't have toworry about going totheir lab orone that takes myinsurance.
I see Andrea McGlinseyNP, she isincredible. She's easy totalkto, and knows alot about women's health--very important tome. Ican usually leave amessage for the office and get anRx written the same ornextday.
          Only bad experience was
with DrPatel, who doesn't seem towork here anymore. She was condescending, rude, and harassed mewhen Iwas looking upwhich travel vaccinations Ineeded toreceive before studying abroad. Conversation was difficult, and she seemed tointerpret mystrong medical literacy and questions asan insult toher competence.– show

My mother has been apatient here since they were Yardley Medical. She stays because it's what she knows. Often the doctors are rude toher and donot address her concerns. I've been trying toget her togo elsewhere. Igive 2stars beause some ofthe staff ishelpful.

I scheduled lab work for anantibody test and was passed around to4different contacts just tohave the order putin. Icalled 4times and received noreply tomy request toput anorderin. Iwent tomy appointment and was greeted byan extremely rude office worker, myorder was never put ineither. Iwent upstairs toask ifit can beput through. Mydoctor refused toput the order informe, they also refused toseeme. Instead, they sent areceptionist totell methey “refuse toput anorder in and you need togo get vaccinated”. This place did not offer tosee meor speak withme, they refused care because they choose toplay politics, donot have aworking knowledge ofmy situation nor aninterest inproviding care and refused toallow meto make myown personal health choices. Disgusting. Within 1hour Iswitched myprimary care and couldn’t behappier. Would not recommend for anyone.– show

Terrible experience. Felt the need tosee adoctor today and was glad they had Saturday hours. Iwent inand there was not asingle person inthe waiting area and there was doctor onstaff, apparently seeing nobody. Iwas told bythe front staff that even though I've been coming tothis practice for many years, that the doctor would not see mebecause Ihadn't been inthe office recently for avisit. Clearly, they donot care about the health oftheir patients that have been coming there for care for years.– show

I was apatient for over 25years aswell. Igo asfar back when they were inBristol. Mydoctors were changed 4times. (They all left the practice) Iloved mydoctors; Schwartz, Mersky(from the Bronx) andDr. Jennifer Kitchen was 2nd tonone! She cared about her patients not revenue, she was phenomenal! Iwas assigned toDr. Thlick who was sonasty tome. Iwas shocked tosee adoctor behave insuch away, nobedside manner, didn't listen topatients concerns. The bad outweighed the good withher. Ireportedit, but they all stick together. Iwanted tostay inthe Penn system and happen tomove toNew jersey and now goto the Penn Medicine inNJ. Iknow its ahike, but they're wonderful!!! They return calls, refill asap, rapid appointments and sick visits and they answer their phones!!!! Doctors are people, but what they have tounderstand, ifit wasn't for our insurances and clients/patient you would not bein business. Train your staff toanswer those phones, stop putting people onhold for side bar conversation and practice real medicine! The Jersey commute takes ittoll but Ihate the thought ofleaving the Penn system. Get your act together Penn Medicine inYardley!– show

Phone lines are awful. Getting through tospeak with someone takes forever and the hold times once you get through are very long.
